John dropped us in Swindon, where we caught a National Express bus to Reading, then a train to Farnborough North. Sue picked us up and took us to her house, where we had afternoon tea, then went to Dave’s mother’s house in Farnham, where we stayed the night. We spent a quiet day in Farnham on Friday and went to a pub full of wide boys in the evening.
