FINE Joe* rang about 8:30 from Surfer’s**. Yarned for about 10 minutes. They+ are going up to Noosa today. Linda, Alex and I went up to Bribie Island. We swam in the sea – great – and sunbathed.

*My brother, Joe.
**Surfer’s Paradise, a tourist town on the coast south of Brisbane.
+Joe was doing a Contiki bus tour of the Queensland coast and islands.
