Spent the first 5 hours of 1989 feeling VERY sick but had started to come right by about 2:00 in the afternoon. We didn’t do much though, just lazed round the hostel. Linda, Betsy and I went over the road to a little Chinese place where we pigged out on beef, chicken and rice.
